Planning and Rough Construction Process<\/h3>\n<p>For the Ya\u015far Villa project, which we launched in October 2025, a reinforced concrete structural system was chosen to ensure the building\u2019s durability and longevity. The rough construction phase\u2014which comprises formwork, rebar, and masonry work and constitutes the first stage of the construction process\u2014was carried out entirely using \u0130merek Yap\u0131\u2019s own resources, vehicle fleet, technical equipment, and expert staff, without the need for any external subcontractors. Thanks to strict discipline and meticulous planning, the rough construction phase was completed with great care in approximately 40 days.<\/p>\n\n<h3>2. Fine Craftsmanship, Mechanical and Landscape Integration<\/h3>\n<p>Following the completion of the rough construction, the project has moved on to the detailed finishing phase, which transforms the space into a living area. After the electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems were fully installed, plastering, rendering, high-quality paint finishes, natural marble cladding, and custom-designed lacquered built-in furniture were applied with great care.<\/p>\n<p>As much importance has been placed on the exterior landscaping as on the interior comfort of the building. In the garden area, a standalone swimming pool equipped with a salt generator and automatic dosing system\u2014which provides specialized disinfection\u2014has been constructed. Combined with a landscape design that harmonizes with nature and integrated automatic irrigation systems, a complete outdoor living space has been created.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3.
