For foundations, shear walls, and wet areas in contact with water, the Building Waterproofing Regulation, which entered into force in 2018, and the TS 11758-2 application standard are used as references. For thermal insulation, the minimum insulation thicknesses specified in the TS 825 Standard on Thermal Insulation Rules for Buildings are taken into account.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Timeline of the Contracting Process<\/h2>\n<p>Although it varies depending on the size and scope of the project, the process from rough construction to handover is typically completed within 12 to 18 months.
