While this makes costs predictable for the employer, it also creates a problem: the crew that sets up the formwork, the crew that pours the concrete, and the crew that builds the walls work without coordinating with one another. When problems arise, responsibility gets passed back and forth between the crews.<\/p>\n<p>We handle all formwork, rebar, and masonry work with our in-house team.
