Çamlıbel Villa – Detached Villa in Germiyan, Çeşme
We carried out a comprehensive renovation of the existing structure owned by the Çamlıbel family. The condition of the site, which could have posed obstacles to construction, required us to conduct a detailed feasibility study and meticulous engineering work prior to construction. Thanks to these preparations, we completed approximately 550 square meters of reinforced concrete work to high-quality standards. The retaining walls, enclosed garage, lower and upper terrace walls, and staircases constructed as part of this process were incorporated into the project as structures that are structurally extremely safe. We are highly satisfied with the quality of our workmanship and the results we have achieved.
