The Approach Behind This Policy
Ozan Erdoğan, the founder of İmerek Yapı, worked as an occupational safety specialist before establishing the company. Construction work falls into the “high-risk” category; even though villa construction sites are relatively small-scale, risks related to height, heavy equipment, and electricity require the same level of seriousness. For this reason, we treat workplace safety at our construction sites not as an afterthought or an additional layer of oversight, but as an integral part of the planning process.
